Although this brownie is filled with chocolate, chocolate chips, and chocolate fudge, these brownies are truly lip-smacking.

  • 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 15 Double Stuff Oreos, divided

FOR THE GANACHE:

  • 10 oz Ghirardelli dark chocolate morsels
  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream
  • Direction to Use

FOR THE BROWNIE COAT:

Make brownie mixture in a 9-inch springform pot, creased with parchment paper and scattered with baking spray. Bake as per to package instructions. Then take out from an oven.

Let it be cool 5 minutes in a pan, then take out springform and let it get chilled on a wire rack. Put to one side.

FOR THE CAKE LAYERS:

Whip altogether the egg whites and take 1/4 cup of the milk in a small ball until a little mixed. Put to one side.

In a combining ball, whish butter, sugar, and vanilla for 2 minutes on average speed, it is required to scrap down the sides of the bowl. Take dry ingredients and blend until it is mixed. Whip egg white mixture until entirely combined. Also, include residual milk and also pulse for at least 3-4 minutes, grinding down the sides of the bowl.

Sprig two 9-inch cake saucepans with baking spray. Decant hammer into pans and start baking in a 350-degree stove for 26-28 minutes. Take out and cool entirely on a wire rack.

FOR THE TOPPING:

Take a separate food processor; beat the Oreo until they become a good scrap. Put to one side.

Throb butter in a big mingling bowl for almost 4 minutes, until it turns into frothy and soft in color. Include crushed sugar and milk and start beating extra up to 3-5 minutes, until gets frothy and smooth. Crease in 1 cup of the cookie scraps (put to one side the residual crumbs for the savory). TO AMASS:

Put the brownie cover on the end of a cake dish. Include 1/4 of the topping and also pour consistently. Upper with one of the cake covers and do repetition with next 1/4 of the topping. Top with remaining cake cover and make use of the last 1/2 of the topping to wrap the cake fully.

Put bowl inside a microwave, mix the dark chocolate with the thick cream. Then start heating over high for one minute. Take out and mix until gets smooth. Let it be for cooling for a few minutes, then top over the top of the ice-covered cake.

Instantly add the set-aside cookie scraps to the top of the ganache. Include the entire Oreos if prefer, for a side dish. Now let it be ganache to fixed, then serve in hot and relish.

This cake is tasty, pretty exactly. Coats of chocolate and white cake are parted by brownie tads, Oreos, whipped vanilla buttercream, chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate buttercream.
