Oreo Brownie Recipe and Ingredients

FOR THE CAKE:

  • 5 egg whites, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup milk, divided
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 15 Double Stuff Oreos, divided

 

FOR THE GANACHE:

  • 10 oz Ghirardelli dark chocolate morsels
  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream
  • Direction to Use

FOR THE BROWNIE COAT:

Make brownie mixture in a 9-inch springform pot, creased with parchment paper and scattered with baking spray. Bake as per to package instructions. Then take out from an oven.

Let it be cool 5 minutes in a pan, then take out springform and let it get chilled on a wire rack. Put to one side.

FOR THE CAKE LAYERS:
